Taylor believes that every action, every thought, and every emotion are intertwined with one’s mental health; these qualities of life provide a window into one’s deepest fears, highest aspirations, and most closely held values. For him, therapy is a deeply connected relational process through which client and counselor work collaboratively toward deeper self-understanding. 

His approach to therapy is influenced by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Existential Therapy. He views therapy as a healing, science-based art, for the body, mind, and soul – a process that is respectful of, and guided by, clients.Taylor works diligently to create a therapeutic atmosphere that is non-judgmental, empathetic, supportive, and collaborative.

 Taylor works with clients experiencing a variety of mental health issues. He also works with high conflict divorce, reunification therapy, and co-parenting to support adults, children, and families.
