​​Dr. Allen is the founder of LPC Associates of Texas and an Associate Professor at Antioch University New England (CACREP accredited).She is passionate about empowering LPC Associates through advocacy, mentorship, and support during the Associate journey.Her approach to supervision is rooted in humanistic principles, with a focus on clinical skill development and professional/personal growth.Dr. Allen believes Associates are valuable members of the counseling community, deserve respect, and should earn a living wage while following their passion in helping others.Dr. Allen does supervise Associates wishing to own and operate a private practice.
